Our warehouse staff is highly educated to pack your items exactly as per the specifications that we supply. Before shipment, all items will be thoroughly examined and securely secured. The warehouses and centers for distribution are in Europe, as well as the USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date depending on the item.

Returns
We don't manage the stock in our factory and warehouse. The actual inventory may fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order will become unavailable even after you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
You can only return a product in the event that it is not used and is in the same condition when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
